Online 1-2-1 Training

Online Personal Training

£125 per month

This is purely Online coaching, I will create you a plan based around your goals, offer any information you may seek, complete check-ins with you to ensure you stay on track. I will ask you to film your top sets, complete form checks and adjust your plan accordingly

In Person 1-2-1 Training

1-2-1 HYBRID COACHING

£160 per month
(£40 per session)

This grants you access to 1x training session with me / week. I will guide you through your workout, monitor your intensity and correct you on any movements while you follow the plan I have carefully made out for you.

In Person 1-2-1 Training

£300 per month
(£37 per session)

This grants you access to 2x training session with me / week. I will guide you through your workout, monitor your intensity and correct you on any movements while you follow the plan I have carefully made out for you.
