Plan Details.
This is a 4 day a week bodybuilding split aimed at bringing up lagging body parts and overall size and stability. This program is what I am currently running to try and regain my strength after a hospital visit I’d rather forget about. It’s working like a dream and improving my hips too. Some real fun movements are in this and I had fun creating it. The ISO’s into the AMRAPs on the dumbbells work really well for priming you to clock a number of reps you wouldn’t think you could lift.
