Depending where you are at in your strength journey you can expect some sizable jumps in your 1 rep maxes for the squat and bench but be warned, you need to be an adult and get your nutrition in a good place, your stress, recovery, sleep and be reasonably conditioned before attempting the program, we want your muscles failing not your ability to catch your breathe.
