This program runs at 4 days a week, in 3 week waves with the 4th week being a deload. For the best results I suggest you take the deload serious. Recovery is just as important as the training. I suggest going for bar speed on the deload days and learning to auto-regulate your programming. If you feel absolutely licked, then remove some more movements. If you feel fresh and recovering well, hit the compounds with power and pick 1 accessory to push.
