Who can run this program?You need to have you compound lifts down to a high standard (full range of motion, no cheating yourself), you need to be injury free and fresh before you start and you need to be able to perform AMRAPS at the end of every wave so a spotter and / or safety bars are necessary.

Is this program hard?Don't underestimate this program. While it's only four days a week, insufficient work capacity or inadequate recovery can lead to a challenging experience. If you're not prepared, this program could be overwhelming and potentially detrimental.
